2026 Schooltime Information  
Trip Coordinator: Please complete the Reservation Form on behalf of all classrooms attending this performance. If another school representative other than yourself will responsible for attendees day-of at the Tow Center, please enter their information under the additional Onsite Coordinator section.  
All classes attending a performance at the Claire Tow Theater must be pre-registered with the Tow Center Box Office.  All tickets must be paid for in advance.Tickets are only $10 each ($7 for Title 1 schools), with a free ticket for every 10 purchased.  All accompanying adults must have tickets to attend the event.   
 
Attendance Protocol 
Payment Requirement: Full payment or DOE purchase order must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of invoice. 
Admission Policy: Admission depends on receipt of payment or purchase order. Reservations may be canceled without notice if not received by deadline. 
Seating Arrangement: Assigned upon entry; seating will be based on grade level, with youngest grades closest to the stage. 
Accessibility Accommodations: Contact the Box Office at 718-951-4500 (Tue-Thu, 1 PM-6 PM) for requests. 
Arrival Guidelines: Doors open 30 minutes prior to performance. 
Security Restrictions: No backpacks or lunch bags allowed inside the theater. 
Early Arrival: No indoor waiting areas before entry. 
Performance Cancellations: Notifications will be sent to Trip Coordinator contact on file.
